How much is the Customs Tax Duty charges?
We only ship to European Union countries. So there are no custom taxes to be paied. All taxes (like VAT) are already included in the Internet price, so the customer knows exactly what will be the final price.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all European Union countries except Germany, Switzerland and Hungary (you can contact e-bogu branches at those countries). We also Ship to Andorra

What is the return policy?
If for any reason, you are returning a product, please obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number before sending the product back. If the product has not been used and it has been kept in original condition, we will give full refund on the product. The shipping charges and any other charges that may occur due to the return will be covered by the customer. If e-bogu.com.pt has shipped you a wrong item, we will exchage the product at our cost.
